• Please note that delivery times may be slightly extended during official public holidays.

2. Split Shipments

• Due to continuous high demand on our platform, items from a single order may occasionally arrive in separate shipments.
• We do this to ensure that you receive the available products as quickly as possible, rather than delaying the entire order.

3. Iftar Saim Meals

• We treat "Iftar Saim" meal orders with the highest priority.
• We are strictly committed to delivering these meals on time, ensuring they arrive well before Maghrib prayer to serve those fasting.
