  • Safety & Usage: Products such as charcoal and incense involve the use of fire and heat. You agree to use these products responsibly, in well-ventilated areas, and away from flammable materials. Athar is not liable for any accidents, fires, or damages resulting from the misuse of these products.
  • Food & Allergies: For food items (e.g., dates, meals), please review ingredients if you have specific allergies.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Athar reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Athar confirms acceptance.

Cancellations: Please review your order carefully before submitting. Since we deal with perishable goods (food) and fast-processing logistics, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.

Resale: You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal, household, or organizational (Mosque/Diwaniya) use and not for commercial resale or export without our prior written consent.
